Born and raised in Texas, Chris proudly carries his Texan roots, even though he now calls Lawton, Oklahoma home with his family. After more than a decade in retail and operations management, Chris made a life-changing decision to leave behind a successful career and answer the call to serve in the United States Army. As a Human Intelligence Collector for seven years, he earned numerous accolades and completed several advanced courses, honing his leadership and operational skills.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Management from American Military University, Chris combines over a decade of business management experience with more than five years of military leadership. His extensive background spans communication, operations, logistics, human resources, and team leadership, bringing invaluable expertise to the organization.
Chris serves as the Operations Director for Villages for Vets, an organization committed to providing affordable housing for veterans. In this role, he manages and streamlines operations to ensure the organization effectively fulfills its mission. Additionally, Chris works as an Installation Manager for a veteran-owned start-up, where he leverages his leadership and operational expertise to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
A natural mentor, Chris is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom and reach their goals. Known for his outgoing personality, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether it’s golfing, bowling, playing cards, or just hanging out. A lover of music, the Dallas Cowboys, and “dad jokes,” he brings warmth and humor to every interaction.
As one of the founders of Grandeur of Grace and its current Board Chair, Chris is dedicated to building a network of resources that will help alleviate the barriers and challenges veterans face after serving in the armed forces.
