Tami Sue has a passion for paying it forward. She has raised 4 amazing children that have all become servant leaders. Two of the four children are veterans and she is a proud daughter of a retired Marine veteran who served 2 tours in Vietnam. She is a devout Christian with a patriotic heart!
Tami Sue holds the position of Financial Director for Grandeur of Grace overseeing strategic planning, finance, human resources, and grant/donor management. She has held various leadership positions for several school committees; consulted non-profit organizations on strategy & business plan development, and spent over 1600 volunteer hours serving various organizations including the Salvation Army, American Red Cross, United Way, Interfaith shelters, Domestic Violence shelters, and local food banks.
Tami received a Bachelors in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University in Michigan, and a master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Toastmaster (CTM) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
She brings over 36 years of leadership experience as a director in a Fortune 500 company and a small business owner. Tami Sue has led enterprise-wide transformational projects; multi-million dollar Engineering, Procurement & Construction projects; several multi-tiered departments in the energy & construction industries. Her career included accountability for Strategic Planning, Business Plan development, Operational Planning, and Budget Management for a $3B+ operating plan.
