Chris was born and raised in Texas. Though he now lives in Lawton, Oklahoma with his family, he remains a Texan at heart.
After working in retail and operations management for more than a decade, Chris walked away from a lucrative career to fulfill a calling in his life to serve in the United States Army. He served 7 years as a Human Intelligence Collector during which time he received numerous accolades and completed several advanced courses.
He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Management from American Military University. With more than a decade of business management experience and more than 5 years of military leadership, Chris brings both personal and professional experience to the organization as well as an array of vital skills including communication, operations, logistics, human resources, and organizational and team leadership to name a few.
Chris is a mentor at heart and has a particular passion for helping others attain financial freedom and achieve their goals. He’s an extrovert and enjoys spending time with others whether it’s golfing, bowling, playing cards, or simply sitting around shootin’ the breeze. He has a very special love for music, the Dallas Cowboys, and “dad jokes.”
As one of GOG’s founders and current Board Chair, Chris hopes to cultivate a network of resources that alleviate the many barriers and hardships veterans face after having served in the armed forces.
